Dehydration happens when our body loses fluids and not able to replenish them. Dehydration occurs due to extremely hot weather, therefore, it is also known as heat stress, heat exhaustion, heat cramps, etc. It is not necessary that dehydration only happens during the summer.

This problem can occur during cold weather as well. There are different ways to prevent yourself from dehydration and some of them and described below:
