Tadasana

Method of doing-

  • Stand straight to do Tadasana.
  • Both of your legs should be nearby.
  • Then take both hands while breathing.
  • Turn the palms towards the sky.
  • Then take both hands upward while breathing and lock them with fingers.
  • Then stand on the feet, keep in mind that your balance should be right.

Matsyasan

Matsyasana is also known as fish posture. It is one of the best formulations for the treatment of varicose veins. It works collectively on many systems. It brings a stretch to your feet and legs and relieves tension and cramps. Your legs are relaxed and there is blood flow control throughout the body.

Method of doing-

  • To perform Matsyasana, first of all, sit on the ground with both legs folded.
  • After this, lie back and lie down.
  • After doing this, hold both the toes of your feet with your hands.
  • Raise your back upwards.

Balasan

This asana is also known to promote blood circulation throughout the body. This prevents blood stasis in varicose veins.

Method of doing- 

  • Sit on your ankles to do this asana.
  • Place the hips on the heel. Place your palms on the ground.
  • Lay down and place your forehead that it touches the ground.
  • Place the hands on either side of the body or spread the palm forward.
  • Keep the position.
  • Get up slowly and sit on the heel and slowly straighten the spine and relax.

Vajrasana

This asana helps to stretch the knees, hips, thighs, ankles.

Method of doing- 

  • To perform Vajrasana, sit on the ground on your knees.
  • Mix the toes together and keep the ankles apart.
  • Hip the ankles. Also, place your palms upon your knees. 
  • Keep the back and head straight. Keep in mind that during this time both knees should be joined together.
  • Keep breathing normally. Try to sit in this position as long as possible.

Sirsasana  

This is also known as a king of all asana. This asana is very famous due to its many health benefits. This speeds up blood circulation and ensures that the brain receives sufficiently oxygenated blood.

Method of doing- 

  • To do this, sit in Vajrasana.
  • Join the fingers of both hands.
  • Unite your fingers, put your palm that it makes a bowl shape, move your head, and put it on your palm.
  • Then, lift both your legs slowly and put it aligned. 
  • Aline your body while maintaining balance.
  • Now, stable for 15-20 sec.
  • Exhale slowly, put your feet down to the ground.
  • Initially use the wall to lift the legs.

Viparita Karni 

This asana relaxes your feet immensely. It increases blood circulation and flushes out toxins and other things. Release the tension from the feet and reduce the pressure. This helps a lot in the cause of varicose veins.

Methods of doing- 

  • Start with lying down on your back.
  • Keep your hips close to the wall.
  • Now slowly raise both legs up against the wall.
  • Stable at this posture for 3-5 minutes.
  • To get back in the previous position, tilt your knees first, and force yourself away from the wall.
